Harpenden - Southdown, Tuesdays 1615-1800, Children and Teens Mixed class - Held during term time

Harpenden - Sports Centre, Wednesdays 2000-2100, Adults and 16+ Mixed class - Held all year round

Harpenden - Sports Centre, Thursdays 1315-1445, Adults and 16+ Females only class - Held during term time

St Albans - Batchwood Hall, Sundays 0900-1030, Adults Teens and Children Mixed class - Held all year round
