Another first for Karate For Health!

We have just loaded on to our website, with kind permission of NATKD, a range of traditional Shotokan Katas to help students get an idea of the sequences in each of the key Katas we are all learning.

None of these videos is, of course, any substitute for the excellent (full) videos of Sensei Perry or Sensei Kanazawa performing these traditional Shotokan Katas - but at least they provide a rough guide for the benefit of the uninitiated.

And you can also look at some of Sensei Kanazawa's videos by accessing the link provided. These Katas provide a much better indication of the nature and style of correct and healthy Kata technique espoused by Sensei Perry.
