Sensei Wilcox announces important changes to format of Wednesday evening Harpenden classes!
"After this weekend's annual Gasshuku, we will move to a new format for our Wednesday evening classes in Harpenden.
I have been reflecting on the critical importance that our classes cover the full range of Karate skills and techniques that every student should aspire to learn, and so after consultation with the other Club Instructors I have decided to introduce a rolling four weekly format as follows:
Week 1 - Kata. Class led by Sensei Jason
Week 2 - Kumite. Class led by Sensei Darren
Week 3 - Kihon and Grading Syllabus. Class split: Black and Brown belts led by Darren and Jason, and remaining Kyu grades led by me
Week 4 - Special Open. Class led by me and geared to student requirements
This is an important initiative for our Club, and will ensure that we remain at the cutting edge in teaching the very best Karate. We will also be looking carefully at the possibility of having an additional weekday evening mixed class in Harpenden - if you have thought on this idea, please let Sensei Chardonnay know, so that he can collate student feedback.

13 September - Kumite - Darren PLUS CURRY NIGHT!
20 September - Kihon + Syllabus - Darren/Jason with Black/Brown belts, and Vince with other Kyu grades

4 October - Kata - Jason
11 October - Kumite - Darren
18 October - Kihon + Syllabus - Darren/Jason with Black/Brown belts, and Vince with other Kyu grades
25 October - Special - Vince
