Sensei Stuart Vousden, 4th Dan, has announced two important new Beginners Courses this September.

The first:

A Special Karate Course for Children!

From Tuesday 12 September 2006
starting at 4.00 pm for beginners
and 4.30 pm for experienced students

At Greenwood Park Community Centre, Tippendell Lane, Chiswell Green, St Albans AL2 3HW

This course runs every Tuesday during term-time, except in the half-term week.

All our Instructors are registered Black Belts with CRB certification and many years' experience teaching children, under the guidance of the world-renowned Shihan Paul Perry, 8th Dan, founder and Chief Instructor of Jin Sei Kai Shotokan Karate Association

The second:

A Special Karate Course Open to All Ages!

Saturday 30 September at 10.30 am

This is a New Course for Beginners - young and old!

At the Dance Studio, Batchwood Hall Golf & Tennis Centre, St Albans

Come along in loose clothing or a track suit. We'll explain carefully what Karate's about, and demonstrate techniques you can expect to learn as a student. No gimmicks - just professionally taught Karate to suit you! Price per session: £5 adults and £4 children
