Karate For Health is delighted to announce publication of the world's most comprehensive guide to key Japanese Shotokan Karate words and phrases for the benefit of advanced students - and has supplemented this guide with a summary version for beginners.

Following the success of the first version of our guide first published in 2005 and tremendous feedback from Karateka across the globe, we have updated and refined this unique Japanese to English glossary to help instructors and senior students understand the correct interpretation of the most regularly used Dojo terminology for Shotokan Karate.
